Most clients book a face-to-face consultation, but we can also facilitate consultations via Zoom and phone. With prior notice we can also accommodate consultations outside of office hours.

Advice is also available about appealing visa refusals and cancellations to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).

​Payment

​The cost of the initial consultation is $205 per hour* (*$230.46 inclusive of GST and 2.2% credit card surcharge)

or $250 per hour** for Business Migration, Visa cancellation/refusal consultation (** $281.05 inclusive of GST and 2.2 % credit card surcharge). Payment of consultation fee is required prior to consultation.

At the consultation you will receive an immigration roadmap which may include:

• Advice on relevant temporary or permanent visa pathways that you may be eligible to apply for;

• Information about these visa pathways;

• Any critical dates that may apply to your matter;

• Possible pitfalls or shortcomings in your matter;

• Details on the main stages in the application process;

• An indication of the average processing time for the application.

​*Credit card consultation payments will incur a 2.2% surcharge fee.

Consultation Cancellations

As our consultation service is in high demand, we do not offer refunds for cancelled consultation appointments.

However, if you give us more than three business days’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date.

We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Lateness and No Shows

Our time is valuable and so is yours. If you are late to your appointment you will need to reschedule.

This is so all our clients who have booked a consultation get a fair go.

If you do not show up to your booked appointment, your payment will not be refunded.
