If your application for a visa is refused, it may be possible for you to make an appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) (previously Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) and Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT)).
The AAT reviews decisions made by officers of the Department of Home Affairs to refuse visas. The AAT also reviews decisions relating to approval and cancellation of sponsorship and nomination. We will guide you through the process, accompany you to the hearing and follow up with submissions if necessary.
